Lil Ross Charters
Lil Ross Charters is owned and operated by Captain Ross Eichorn or known by his friends and family as Lil Ross. Lil Ross was raised navigating and fishing the waters of Cocodrie, Louisiana and many other parts of lower Terrebonne Parish. Lil Ross is a 3rd generation saltwater charter fisherman that focuses on speckled trout charters, redfish charters, and tarpon charters. With over 20 years experience in the charter fishing industry, Lil Ross Fishing Charters strives to make your south Louisiana charter fishing experience as memorable and enjoyable as possible.
At Lil Ross Fishing Charters, we offer a wide variety of saltwater fishing charters ranging from fishing in the vibrant Louisiana saltwater marshes to shoreline fishing along south Louisiana’s vast coastline and barrier islands. When taking clients on charter fishing trips on the Louisiana coastline for speckled trout and redfish, Lil Ross Charters fishes out of a 24′ Blazer Bay boat powered by a 250HP Yamaha outboard. This is to make sure all of your inshore saltwater charters are as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible. For all of Lil Ross' offshore charters fishing trips focused on catching red snapper, amberjack, cobia, or tuna, Lil Ross Charters fishes out of a 31′ custom built aluminum boat powered by twin 225HP Yamaha outboards. Lil Ross Charters also fishes out of Grand Isle, Louisiana or Venice, Louisiana for tarpon. These are the same areas where the largest tarpon ever landed in the United States was caught in October of 2015 and it weighed in at 246.06 pounds. So, if you’re interested in having a chance at beating the tarpon record, be sure to call Lil Ross Charters for our tarpon fishing charters.
Lil Ross Charters can handle smaller groups as well as larger saltwater charter fishing groups with upwards to 30 people. Lil Ross Charters has 3 different lodges available that are side by side that can accommodate up to 30 people just feet where you will depart from in the morning. These lodges are available for corporate functions, family reunions, and personal rentals. These are the same lodges we use with our fishing packages.
